Welcome!
Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, you should know that there is hope for a better tomorrow.
You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.
"Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change."
Our practice specializes in treating individuals, couples and families, and through years of experience, we are confident that no problem is too great to overcome. Through therapy, there is always a way to address the issues you face and learn coping strategies to help you both right now and in the future.
If you’re interested in becoming a better, happier, more fulfilled you, we’d love to work with you every step of the way.
Oftentimes, coaching is more appropriate than counseling, or vice versa. We also have clients that choose to start out in counseling to heal from past hurts, hang-ups, or habits, and then transition over to coaching as they move forward and maintain healthy living habits.
Please contact us today. We’d love to help you determine what best fits your needs, counseling or life coaching.
