Seeking a family oriented Mental Health Clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in Beeville, Texas

Serenity Counseling and Life Coaching Services is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and highly motivated Mental Health Clinician. Applicant must desire to join a Christ-centered, family-oriented, and goal driven team. We are a growing practice who is looking for a dependable leader with professionalism and a positive personality!

We currently have1 full time counselor, 3 part time counselors, and 1 life coach on staff, 2 of which are Registered Play Therapists. We offer family friendly work hours and great flexibility in scheduling. We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) for both part time and full-time positions. Additional employment opportunities include paid part time LPC Associate or LPC Applicant with full supervision included in compensation package. Opportunities to work part time at our satellite office in Stockdale are also available.

Our practice provides a biblical approach in counseling and behavioral therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Experience working with children of all ages is preferred. We have a separate play therapy room with a complete range of therapeutic toys and materials. We also house a full array of therapeutic tools to conduct sand tray therapy with children and adults. We have highly trained and qualified administrative personnel who takes care of all billing, payment, and scheduling responsibilities for all clinicians. We partner with a user-friendly practice portal for ease of clinical documentation, diagnoses, and development of treatment plans.

We offer the convenience of a large town, with Corpus Christi and San Antonio both within an hour away, along with the tranquility of a small-town family feel with a young and growing counseling practice. To add to Beeville’s wonderful hometown feel, there are also many small rural towns that surround Beeville, several of them with excellent rated school districts and beautiful properties and subdivisions.

Starting salary for full-time, fully licensed mental health clinicians with at least 1 year of experience is $65,000/year. We provide an additional benefits package valued at an average of over $6,000/year including two weeks paid personal leave, sick leave, paid holidays, Continuing Education allowance, book/resource allowance, professional licenses, dues, and insurances, and a $2,000 sign on bonus/relocation assistance.
