Frank Cullen, Christian Life and Leadership Coach

Frank Cullen is a Christian Life and Leadership Coach with a passion for helping people live the most fulfilled life possible. He specifically enjoys working with people involved in small businesses (especially family owned) overcome obstacles so that they can focus their attention on growing and succeeding in the areas that they choose. He coaches individuals from all over the nation, using a confidential media platform, enabling his clients to fit in coaching time, without the bother of traveling to an office.

Frank was born and raised in Buda, TX. He and his beautiful wife of 40 years, Renee’ Cullen, have lived in Buda most of their lives. They recently embarked on a new journey, moving closer to their children and grandchildren. Frank and Renee’ have two grown children and 4 wonderful grandchildren. His family is the light in his life and he cherishes each memory made with them.

At an early age, Frank found his passion for helping others. He pursued this passion through many avenues, including volunteer firefighter, Rotary Club member, Buda Citizens Committee Member, and Eagle Scout. He later went on to play an integral role in volunteering and supporting the building of a ground up church in Rio Bravo, Mexico. Frank has received multiple awards and recognitions for his efforts in assisting others.

Frank earned both his Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Agriculture degree from Texas A&M University. Prior to becoming a personal life and leadership coach, Frank owned and operated a construction business in the Austin area for 37 years. He has also worked in the Agriculture Industry for several years. Frank’s passion for helping others has shined through every endeavor he encountered and has ultimately led him to this calling of life coaching. Frank is currently continuing his education with Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI).

Frank has served as a board member at Christian Life Coach for approximately 10 years. He has held positions as Captain and Co-Captain of the Usher Team at CLC for 13 years. Frank has also been a Texas Reach Out Mentor and Bible Study Facilitator for over 13 years. He enjoys hunting, fishing, gardening, watching Texas Aggie football, and going to church. He has dedicated his life to honoring God and has a yearning to help people have a better, more fulfilled life. Two of his favorite scriptures are, 

“I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength” Phil.4:13

“And we know that in all things God works for the good for those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose”. Romans 8:28.
